2013 sees many of the government's plans to reform employment law come into force, including the new employee shareholder status in April and fees in the employment tribunals in the summer. Later in 2013, the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Bill 2012-13 will bring in wide-ranging reforms and new employment tribunals rules of procedure are expected to be adopted.
From w/c 7 Janaury 2013 we'll be posting a number of articles outlining the coming changes to UK employment law and the impact they will have on Employers.
