Plus all of the following additional benefits unique to our 'Manage HR Package where we will also:

  • Carry out all ‘transactional’ HR requirements, eg.  Process leavers, new starts, generate disciplinary letters, amendments to T&Cs, etc.
  • Produce offer letters and additional contracts of employment for new starters as required.
  • Produce various HR related documents for use as and when required, eg. invitations to disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, disciplinary letters, etc.
  • Provide on-site support in formal disciplinary and/or grievance proceedings, home visits for long term ill staff.
  • Provide up to 7.5 hours on-site support per calander month (*on-site hours can be added to any package to suit any specific business needs you may have, at an additional cost.)
