Ashley routinely advises clients on contracts and policies, disciplinary and grievance hearings, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, employment tribunal claims, TUPE and executive dismissals & negotiated departures.

Ashley is a certified employment law practitioner, has a Certificate in HR Management, a BTEC qualification in Employment Law Practice and Procedure at QCF Level 3 and SCQF Level 10 qualification in Employment Law, and is a Qualified Member of the Institute of Paralegals (IoP).
